After redirect to Banco Pichincha you will be asked to authenticate using the credentials, which you are using to access online banking of your company. If you are attempting authenticate using a mobile device with the Banco Pichincha app installed, the app will open automatically. Using a different device, you would need to confirm authentication using Banco Pichincha mobile application, or other strong authentication method you use to sign in to online banking.
